Age Requirements

Budget at this location rents to customers between the ages of 23-24 with a valid credit card and driver's license. At time of rental, we will automatically apply an additional $27-per-day underage surcharge for these drivers. Additionally, the following restrictions also will apply for renters between the ages of 23-24: Renters of luxury cars, mini-vans, 12-passenger vans, specialty cars, full-size SUVs and premium SUVs will not be permitted.

FASTBREAK SERVICE Shuttle Bus - Counter Location An airport shuttle will meet you outside of the baggage claim area to take you to the rental car facility. Once inside, take the elevator down to level "0", turn right out the double glass doors & proceed directly to the FastBreak area in the parking garage on the left. The monitor will display your name & vehicle space number. *GENERAL DIRECTIONS* Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: All rental car counters have moved to a common building at the corner of Gilispie St & Warm Springs Rd across from the Las Vegas Outlet Mall. An airport shuttle will meet customers outside of the baggage claim area. CARS: On-site at the consolidated rental car facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Open 24 hours.

Towing

Towing is not permitted. Vehicles cannot be used to tow or push anything. A trailer hitch cannot be installed on the vehicles.

Fuel policy

The car must be returned with a full tank of gas or there will be a charge for refueling. If you have refueled please keep your receipt for verification purposes. Most locations offer a prepaid gas option which you can accept at the rental location. If the car is driven less than 75 miles there is a $15.99 USD -or $16.99 USD in California refueling fee unless a gas receipt is presented at the time of return. Travel Into Other States

Vehicles at this location can travel throughout Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah only on a rental with a local return. No other states are permitted . Based on availability, one-way rentals may be allowed to some U.S. cities. Travel into other states is permitted on a confirmed one-way rental.

Additional Fees

A frequent flyer surcharge of up to $1.00 per day applies to all rentals earning frequent flyer miles, points or credits. Extensions or late returns may result in additional charges.

Credit Card Policies

Budget accepts most major credit cards as credit identification at the time of rental. The renters name must be on the card. Accepted credit card list: Budget Charge Card, Budget International, American Express, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club, Diner's Club International, Discover,China UnionPay, JCB, MasterCard, Optima, Peterson, Howell and Heather (PHH) and Visa. Some locations may not accept each of the referenced cards. At the time of rental we will request an authorization on your charge card for the total estimated rental charges or $200. While this hold is in place, the funds will not be available for your use. When the rental is over we will process the reversal but the bank may take time to post it back to the account. At this location, 2 major credit cards must be presented at the time of rental for the following car groups: Premium (2 or 4 door) - Group G Luxury (2 or 4 door) - Group H Premium SUV - Group L Standard SUV - Group W Standard Convertible - Group K Full-size Van - Group P Premium Coupe - Group XA Intermediate Elite (2 or 4 door) - Group XK

Travel Into Other Countries

Travel into Canada or Mexico is not allowed.

Debit Card Policies

This location does accept bank debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo at the time of rental for subcompact, compact, mid-size, standard and full-size cars. You will be subject to a credit check to determine creditworthiness. Debit card users must be at least 25 years of age. The name of the renter must be on the debit card. If your credit file is frozen with Equifax, you will be required to lift the restriction prior to your rental. Lifting the restriction does not guarantee that you will be able to rent a vehicle as you will still be subject to a credit check. Budget will generally request an authorization hold against your account for the estimated charges of the rental, but reserves the right at its sole discretion to request extra value based on certain factors as we deem appropriate. Upon returning the vehicle, Budget will process a release of the unused portion of the hold subject to your Bank's procedures. The hold may take up to 2 weeks to be released by your bank. If you fail to return the vehicle as agreed, Budget will obtain additional authorizations from your account to cover the rental charges. Budget is not responsible for any returned checks or over-drafts based on this policy. Positive identification in addition to your driver's license may be required. In the United States, debit or check cards can be used at the end for payment of rental charges. Note: Prepaid Debit/Gift cards are not acceptable methods of credit identification to pick up a car at any location. One of the above mentioned cards must be presented. Prepaid Debit/Gift cards are accepted at time of return only.
