Useful Information

AGE

The minimum age for renting a vehicle in the United States is 21 years. However, there is an additional charge of $ 25.00 per day for drivers under the age of 25 (A deposit of $ 250 will be required for drivers under 25 years)| Maximun age to rent with us is 65 years old.

AIRPORT PICKUP

At the airport, follow the pink arrows to the Rental Car Center. Take the train from the airport to the rental center. When you arrive, walk to the main entrance and wait for the bus in the space marked with number 5. If the bus is not available, call 1-786-233-6181.

BUSINESS HOURS

Monday to sunday from 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Cross Border

Our cars cannot be taken out of Florida State.

DEBIT CARDS

We do not accept Debit cards.

DEPOSIT RULES

We only require $250 deposit if you are older than 21 years old and younger than 25 years old.

EARLY RETURN

We do not refund any amount if you return the car earlier than the date and time specified in your original rental agreement.

GEOGRAPHIC

We do not rent to Florida driver license holders.

LOCAL RENTERS

We do not rent to anyone with a Florida driver license.

MILEAGE

Our rates are unlimited mileage. (Except Florida residents, they will have 50 miles per day)

ONE-WAY

One way is not allowed. Car must be retuned at the same location where it was picked up.

OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS

Personal insurance and personal belongings insurances can be purchased at the counter.

Reservation hold time

TOLL ROADS AND FEES

We have a mandatory extra charge of $14.99 per day per sunpass service. Personal transponders cannot be used. Also, we have charges for Record fee Battery of $8.99 per day and FSO of $6.99 per day that are mandatory if you rent with us in Florida.
