DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
ACCEPTED: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard (not debit or prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. A deposit amount from a minimum of USD 700 to a maximum of USD 2700 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname of the lead driver (no abbreviations) must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorize/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note that authorization must be obtained from the rental agent before cross state travel. If not obtained fines and penalities are applicable. Please contact the rental agent in advance in order to receive permission.
The rental vehicle may only be used in the state of pick-up and the surrounding geographical area (Region) as specified below:
•Vehicles rented in Arizona can be driven to California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington
•Vehicles rented in Colorado can be driven to Arizona, California, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
•Vehicles rented in California can be driven to Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington.
•Vehicles rented in Connecticut can be driven to Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont.
•Vehicles rented in Florida can be driven to Alabama, Georgia.
•Vehicles rented in Georgia can be driven to Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee.
•Vehicles rented in Hawaii cannot be rented for one-way rentals or and travel outside Hawaii are not permitted.
•Vehicles rented in Illinois can be driven to Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri.
•Vehicles rented in Indiana can be driven to Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio.

Renters using the rental vehicle in violation of the applicable territorial restrictions will be charged a fee of USD 0.50 for each mile the vehicle has been driven during the rental.
For one-way rentals across state lines, the geographical restrictions described in the table above are waived with a matching itinerary showing the same pickup and drop off locations. However, the Vehicle may only be used in the continental United States as well as British Columbia, Canada.
